An Option Agreement gives us the right to buy your land once planning consent is achieved. The purchase price is either agreed up front or based on market value at the time, less a developer’s discount.
We cover all planning and professional costs, manage the process, and take on the risk.

Promotion Agreement
A Promotion Agreement is a true partnership. We fund and manage the planning process at our own risk, then market your land openly to achieve the best possible price.
Once the site is sold, our costs are repaid and the remaining proceeds are shared — meaning both parties benefit from maximising value.
